Maurizio is specialised in civil, commercial and civil procedure law and assists clients with contentious and non-contentious cases relating to contractual liability and tort, debt recovery, corporate liability actions, matters concerning bonds and financial products, the acquisition and the disposal of assets and services, outsourcing contracts, franchising contracts and industrial secret contracts. He has gained specific experience in the intellectual and industrial property sector, assisting clients with the drafting and negotiation of contracts assigning and acquiring the rights to exploit distinctive signs and copyright, disaster recovery contracts and IT contracts in general, legal opinions on privacy matters, e-commerce, protection of domain names and unfair competition cases.
