The measure correcting the ranking in an open competition for recruitment in the public sector is a type of self-protection since it affects a previous measure in which the administration’s wishes were incorrectly transposed. Since it is a duty-related measure, any formal or procedural defects are irrelevant, pursuant to Article 21-octies, paragraph 2, first paragraph, of Law No 241/1990, including failure to notify the opening of the procedure.
