The Court of Appeal of Venice has ruled that the requirement of urgency, pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 83, paragraph 3, letter a) of Decree Law no. 18/2020 is also integrated if the postponement, even potential, of the hearing involves exceeding the reasonable length of the trial, causing serious prejudice to the parties involved.
