With regards to a bankruptcy proceeding, paragraph 2 of Article 67 of the Bankruptcy Law sets out those cases that are not subject to revocation. On this point, the Superior Court intended to specify that these cases are exceptional and limited, with the resulting exclusion of the possibility of extending them outside the cases specifically indicated.
