PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

Quorum Studio Legale e Tributario Associato (hereinafter “Quorum”), with offices in Rome in Via degli Scipioni 281 and in Milan in Via Cino del Duca 5, in the capacity as Data Controller, wishes to inform you in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the “Protection of Personal Data”, (hereinafter the “GDPR”), of the type of your personal data that might be processed as a result of you using this website http://www.quorumlegal.com and how that data can be used and managed by us.

1. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

 

As a result of the use of this website, Quorum Studio Legale e Tributario Associato may process the following personal data of users:
a) Navigation data: the IT systems and software responsible for the website functionality may collect personal data during ordinary operations and transfer them as implied by the use of typical Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to identify users however given the type of information, via elaboration and association with personal data held by third parties, it might be possible to identify users. This personal data is only used to gather statistics on the use of the website and to ensure it functions correctly.
b) Personal data that is voluntarily provided: the express, voluntary provision of personal data to Quorum via e-mails to info@quorumlegal.com or quorumlegal@legalmail.it in order to receive information or assistance or to voluntarily send CVs, implies providing your e-mail address and all other personal data that is required to respond to your request.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

 

In relation to the personal data indicated in section 1(a) of this privacy statement, that data will be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of this firm, namely to guarantee the correct functioning and proper safety of its website; your express consent is therefore not required.
In terms of the personal data indicated in section 1(b) of this privacy statement, the processing is aimed at providing you with a reply; in that case, the processing concerns the data set out in your CV which you voluntarily sent to the firm with a view to creating an employment or collaboration relationship with the firm or at your request; your consent is therefore not required.

3. METHODS OF PROCESSING

 

The processing of personal data is carried out by personnel authorised to process personal data, specifically appointed and trained by Quorum for that purpose. The processing of your personal data shall be carried out using automated means with respect to data used to access the website pages.
With respect to the personal data that you voluntarily provide via e-mails to info@quorumlegal.com or quorumlegal@legalmail.it, the data will be processed using electronic, computer and other data transmission means that guarantee the safety and the confidentiality of the data, and the accuracy, updating and relevance of the personal data with respect to the declared purposes of processing.
All personal data that is collected shall be stored as soft or hard copies at the offices of Quorum.

4. DURATION OF PROCESSING

 

Personal data shall be processed for the period strictly required to achieve the purposes for which such data was collected or in accordance with the processing terms established by applicable law.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?
